crafted with intention.
Tucked along Postoffice Street in the heart of historic Galveston, our juice bar was born from a simple conviction: that the best things to drink and eat start with ingredients you can actually name.
We began as a weekend stall at the Galveston Island Farmers Market, serving cold-pressed orange-ginger and tropical mango blends to neighbors who kept coming back for more. The response taught us something we still carry every day — that people here value real flavor, made real fast.
Today, we're a permanent fixture on the island, still pressing, blending, and baking the same way we did on day one: with whole fruit, cold water, and no shortcuts. Whether you're grabbing a quick morning smoothie before the beach or settling in with an acai bowl and a loaf of our house-made banana bread, we're glad you're here.
